Having worked in prestigious restaurants, such as ‘La Côte Saint-Jacques’ in Burgundy, ‘Taillevent et Apicius’ in Paris, Jean-Marc, head chef and owner, opened the Restaurant ‘La Côte des Monts Damnés’ 14 years ago.
The establishment is an established gastronomic stop-over, with the capacity to highlight the bond between tradition and innovation, as well as the conjunction of quality products from the best gardens and the magnificent farm breedings of France.
The weekly closure takes place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
